HAVEN participates in DVAM by Painting the Town Purple. For a few weeks in October, local supporting businesses use purple Christmas lights to decorate their windows. Many businesses use purple merchandise to create a themed window. By painting the town purple, we hope to raise awareness about domestic violence. Many other awareness raising events happen in October and HAVEN works with other organizations in Bozeman to plan and promote educational events for the community.
