Drop and Trot is an annual 10k and 5k race through Bozeman to support HAVEN services. The event starts and ends at Lindley Park in Bozeman. Drop and Trot offers a unique twist on the traditional race by allowing runners to complete a minute of pushups for time deduction. Each completed pushup is 10 seconds of the final run time. Drop and Trot is the perfect late season run with a twist. Enjoy music, picnic food, friends, family, and a great local non-profit. All proceeds from the $25 registration fee benefit HAVEN.
