Program Director

HAVEN seeks a Program Director who will help HAVEN improve and expand our programs to empower survivors of domestic violence. The Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing best practice models for HAVEN’s programs; for managing all aspects of contract compliance; and for overseeing the services provided to HAVEN participants. The Program Director will ensure services are delivered to HAVEN participants in a consistent, participant-centered, trauma-informed, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner. To measure the success of our programs, and inform how programs can be improved, the Program Director will ensure accurate and effective data collection, program evaluations, report preparation and the timely submission of all reports.

HAVEN Program director 2017

Development Director

HAVEN seeks a Development Director who will encourage community engagement and support for survivors of domestic violence. The Development Director will strengthen our community’s involvement in HAVEN through collaboration between donors, staff, Board and volunteers. HAVEN is dedicated to maintaining an organizational culture that is built upon our shared values of respect, inclusivity and commitment to ending domestic violence. The Development Director will be a strong team player who strives to help everyone at the organization reach their full potential.

This position is responsible for overseeing all of HAVEN’s fundraising efforts, including the capital campaign for a new facility, major gifts program, annual fund, and planned giving. The Development Director reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for securing the funds necessary to fulfill HAVEN’s mission.
