We were fortunate to be the chosen charity for the Ameriprise Financial Day of Service. Berkely Hudson, Ameriprise Financial Advisor, encouraged her clients, friends and family to volunteer at HAVEN on November 19th. The group helped us prepare some marketing materials and cleaned and sorted our garage. It is remarkable what a group of 7 people can do in a day. We loved having them here and we were thrilled to get to know the group. Thank you Berkely and friends!
We’re very grateful for our new male volunteer, Steve Williams. Steve is an
employee of First Security Bank and has been invaluable to our organization for the last few months. With his expertise in maintenance, he has been able to perform maintenance on our shelter and grounds including fixing fences, winterizing the shelter, replacing and installing lights, and fixing desks. He has been instrumental in taking care of our to-do list and we are very thankful that he is offering his time. Thank you Steve!
