Cooking class with Chef Andrew
Bozeman-based, Blackbird restaurant’s renowned chef, Andrew Naffziger, will take you and five guests on a culinary journey. This day-long adventure begins with a cooking class in a restored historic Fred Wilson home, where you will discover how to make the most delicious fresh pasta. The day will culminate in a meal together that is paired with wines from the Wine Gallery.
Chef Naffziger has perfected the craft of pasta-making, having trained at the esteemed L’Ecole Ferrandi in Paris, France, and committed a significant portion of his career to visiting Italy to learn time-honored traditions and techniques in Italian cooking. He joined Blackbird Kitchen as the Executive Chef in Spring 2023. Chef Naffziger cares deeply about product sourcing and has spent the summer getting to know and understand the products and farms of the Gallatin Valley.
