Healing doesn’t have to happen alone: Join Haven’s weekly online support group

Did you know? Every Monday, Haven counselors host a free, drop-in online support group for survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sex trafficking, and/or stalking. It’s open to any adult who is eligible for Haven services—whether you're staying in shelter, talking with advocates on the support line, or just beginning to explore support.

This group is designed for anyone at any stage of healing. Whether you’ve worked with Haven before or not, you are welcome.

Here’s how it works:

  • Who: Any adult eligible for Haven services; the group is facilitated by Haven counselors.

  • What: A weekly, 90-minute support group that offers a safe, inclusive space to connect with others who understand. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and relate to the stories of their peers.

  • When: Mondays from 6 - 7:30 pm

  • Where: Online via Zoom. To join, call our support line (406-586-4111) to complete a short pre-screening and receive the month’s login details.

Why it matters:
Healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. Whether you attend once or return weekly, you’ll find a group that can help you begin to reclaim your voice and recognize that you’re not alone on the path forward.

Participants are asked to show up on time and be willing to have their video on to foster community and ensure participant safety and confidentiality.

In a world where trauma often thrives in silence, this group offers a crucial counterbalance. All of Haven’s support group services are gender-inclusive, honoring the diverse identities and lived experiences of survivors.

If you or someone you care about could benefit from this kind of connection and support, call Haven’s 24-hour support line to learn more. You are not alone.
