Free yoga class at Haven Nov. 6

Join us and yoga teacher Kristin Hamburg for a 50-minute gentle flow yoga class at Haven on Nov. 6 at 5:30 pm!  

Unwind, stretch, and restore balance in this class with Kristin. Created for all levels, this soothing session blends slow, mindful movements with deep breathing, encourages mindfulness, and helps create harmony between the body and mind. EVERYONE is welcome!

Feel free to bring a mat if you have one; Haven can also provide yoga mats. This session is open to all Haven residents, staff, and members of the public who are cleared by our operations team. Sign up using the form below by 5 pm the day before (Tuesday, Nov 5).
